What a makeover usually combines.
Most plans pull from this shortlist: teeth whitening to lift the shade, veneers or composite bonding to fix shape and small gaps, crowns for teeth that are too damaged for a veneer, and sometimes braces or aligners if the underlying position needs fixing first.
Not every makeover needs all of them. The simplest plans are just whitening plus bonding on two front teeth. The biggest involve alignment, then veneers across the visible teeth.

A makeover suits you if there are several things you would change about your smile and you want them addressed together, consistently, rather than one-off over years.
It is not the right call if you have untreated decay or active gum disease — those have to be fixed first before anything cosmetic. We will tell you that on the first visit if it applies to you.

We propose 2 or 3 different paths to the outcome you want — different combinations of treatments, different timelines, different budgets. You pick the one that suits you. - 03/
The foundation work
Any cavities, gum issues, or alignment work happens first. You cannot put veneers on unhealthy teeth, and you cannot whiten over decay. - 04/
The cosmetic work
Whitening, veneers, bonding, or crowns — in the right order, with shade matching at each stage so the final result looks balanced. - 05/
The check-in
Two weeks after the last appointment, we look at everything together and adjust anything that needs it. Then a yearly check keeps it looking right.
After treatment

- Daily: brush twice and floss once. Veneers, crowns, and your own teeth all benefit from the same care.
- Six-monthly: a cleaning and a check — picks up any chipping, staining, or gum issues early.
- Long-term: whitening tops up well at home with custom trays we make for you. Veneers last 10 to 20 years; crowns longer.
- Habits to avoid: biting nails or pens, opening packets with your teeth, grinding (a night guard fixes that).

Will my new smile look fake?
Only if you ask for it to. Most patients want a smile that looks better than what they had — not a different smile from someone else. We match the shape, shade, and length to your face. The goal is for people to notice you look well, not to notice your teeth.How long does the whole process take?
A typical makeover runs 3 to 8 weeks from the planning visit to the final fitting. Cases that include orthodontic alignment first can take 6 to 18 months in total. We give you a realistic timeline before any work starts.How much do I have to commit to?

Mostly yes. Most cosmetic steps happen one or two visits at a time, with temporary restorations in between that look acceptable in public. We schedule big visible changes around your life if you have an event coming up.Do veneers ruin the underlying teeth?
Modern veneers need only a thin layer of enamel reshaped — sometimes no reduction at all for the slimmest types. The tooth underneath is still healthy. Veneers do need replacing eventually (10 to 20 years for most), and the work to put them back on is straightforward.What does a smile makeover cost?
